If a bulb or section goes out during the holiday season, contact us and we’ll schedule a repair at no additional charge within the service period.

Tampering with the installation may void your maintenance guarantee.


7. Takedown and Storage

Takedown is typically scheduled after the holiday season (January–February) unless otherwise arranged.
Customers who choose storage service agree to allow us to safely label and store their lighting for reinstallation next season.


8. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to ensure safety, 956 Christmas Lights is not liable for:

Damage caused by severe weather, power surges, or tampering

Customer misuse or alteration of lighting

Indirect or consequential damages

Our team is insured, and all installations follow standard safety and quality practices.
